Jadon Sancho just can't let it go can he? The English winger was afforded a much-desired Old Trafford exit after downing tools last season and walking off the training pitch when ordered to do pressing by former Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag, per The Athletic.
Sancho was banished from the Red Devils' first team for around four months after he publicly called Ten Hag a liar and suggested he was being made a scapegoat. He appeared to think this was the correct approach to your manager, making clear you weren't meeting the required standards.

Borussia Dortmund decided to re-sign their former attacker on loan until the end of the 2023-24 campaign in January 2024. Many only saw his displays in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals against PSG and judged that he'd been a hit during his second Signal Iduna Park spell, but he was nowhere near the level expected of a £73 million signing (which United stupidly paid in 2021).
Chelsea decided to take Sancho on loan last summer with an obligation to buy despite the 23-year-old supposedly ''making amends'' with Ten Hag. He posted a basic farewell message to United, and his latest controversy involved Marcus Rashford.
Jadon Sancho Is Making More Of An Impact Online Than On The Pitch

Sancho fuelled disdain from United fans with his latest dig at the club which was unbelievably bitter. Rashford made his first appearance on loan at Aston Villa after similarly leaving Old Trafford because of 'the standards' that Ruben Amorim demands.
Rashford posted on Instagram thanking the fans for welcoming him at Villa Park in his second-half cameo appearance in a 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur:
Sancho responded:
"Freedom."

It's clear this is implying that he and Rashford were kept prisoner at United before being handed escapes from their supposed jailhouses. This is the same player who sat on £250,000 per week and put in performances that make him one of the biggest flops in Premier League history.
Rashford is reportedly steering clear of Sancho's tomfoolery
Rashford told the world that he wouldn't have a bad word to say about United when he suggested he wanted a 'new challenge' after he was dropped for a 2-1 win against Manchester City in mid-December. He looks to be staying true to those words.
Chris Wheeler of The Daily Mail gave an update on his reaction to his former teammate's reply:
‘Rashford’s situation is different to Sancho’s, though. United are his boyhood team and he wants to remain on good terms with the club and their supporters. There is credit in the bank.
While his departure feels final, it is not out of the question that Rashford could return if he rediscovers his best form at Villa who are paying about £240,000 of his £315,000-a-week wages and have an option rather than an obligation to buy him for £40m."
Sancho is still employed by United and Chelsea are paying £100,000 of his £250,000 per week wages. Imagine any employee acting as if they were kept prisoner while sitting on one of the highest salaries in their respective workplace and putting in little to no effort. Thankfully, he's off to Stamford Bridge permanently for £25m in the summer.
