Manchester United and Manchester City playing against each other in the Premier League has always provided special moments for both players and fans, alike. In what turned out to be a forgettable draw in the eyes of most people, one Manchester United fan will have a hard time forgetting the 196th installment of the Manchester derby.
Meet Bobby Moore, Manchester United super fan
Seven-year-old Bobby Moore never knew that his joyous celebration of Bruno Fernandes' game-tying penalty against Manchester City in December would lead to him to Manchester and even meeting the great United captain.
Bobby has a rare condition called spinal muscular atrophy, which causes muscle weakness and wasting. Despite his condition, Bobby is living life to the fullest. In his bright red powerchair, classic for a Manchester United fan, Bobby was invited to the Carrington training ground for a chance to play powerchair football, after Fernandes saw his viral celebration online.
Bobby never knew that Fernandes would be there to surprise him with lunch and a tour around the grounds. On that tour, Bobby met other star players and even Ruben Amorim. At the end of the tour, Fernandes offered Bobby the chance of a lifetime: to head out onto the pitch with him before the Manchester derby.
Bobby made Manchester United history by becoming the first-ever mascot who uses a powerchair. Bobby came out onto the pitch alongside his idol and took a special photo with both Fernandes and Manchester City captain Kevin De Bruyne, and the other Manchester United mascots.

While the match between the two sides ended in a goalless draw, Belfast's Bobby Moore had a win of his own to celebrate. His story will come as an inspiration to fans all over the world and lead them to never giving up on their dreams either.
